When you start a new diet or training program it can be completely overwhelming. What they should really call it is a life overhaul. You will be changing your diet, training structure and lifestyle choices.

If you didn’t already know, my plant based diet has been an absolute game changer for my lifestyle aaaand played a huge part of completely transforming my body inside, and out! It took me a while to figure out what works for my body and my goals, but it has been so worth getting to this point! I know that many of you are on the fence about whether to go plant based, and if it will suit your lifestyle and your goals.

Who else has been fighting off a cold, or feeling super exhausted and run-down? I have been hit with the flu bad! Over the last few weeks I’ve been busy with travel, work, and all things “life” related. As much as I have been loving every second, it has taken a HUGE toll on my body.

The months are starting to get warmer and that means one thing… Time to get those peaches to the beach!!! Y’all know how much I loveeeee Summer! I am pretty lucky here in Miami that we have warm and dry winters. Which really makes it summer year long round!

Galentine's Day

Does anyone else feel like that Valentine’s Day is everywhere this year? I’m sure there have been cards sneaking into the supermarket for the last 6 months?! V-Day is coming in hot! Love it or hate it, I think we can all find a way to celebrate.

Y’all know how much I love taking a gym selfie! I think that most people see it as a vanity exercise, but one of the top reasons I have always loved to take a selfie is to track my progress and also be damn proud of what I have achieved.

There are so many exciting things coming for WBK in 2019! My new swimwear line will be launching in February and you know I’ve got another fire challenge coming your way! So I thought I’d gift you babes with a little sneak peek of one of the workouts from my next 8 week challenge that will be available exclusively through my WBK App!

I hope you all were spoiled by your loved ones over the holidays and got to spend quality time with the special people in your life! Now that the holidays are done, it’s got me thinking about New Years Resolutions and how good 2019 is going to be.
