Booty building has never been so easy with the addition of over 20 NEW mouth-watering meals! We’ve made sure these recipes are both easy to prepare and full of flavor. With new recipes for both our plant-based babes and regular eating #WBKgirls. You can expect pasta salads, pancakes, and healthy pizzas! Yummmmm!

New weekly tips in the FB community

With a community full of like-minded #WBKgirls from all across the globe you’ll be able to share your experiences and booty gainzz wins in the Facebook forum. There will also be new weekly tasks to do with nutrition, lifestyle and mindset to really help you thrive during this challenge. This is your time to SHINE ladies!!!

Switch between gym & home training

We may be in July but anyone else feel like 2020 has gone for an eternity??? Unfortunately, we are still living during a global pandemic, so I want to make it easy to suit your workouts to your circumstances. This is why you’ll be able to swap from gym to home training any time you may need. This will allow you to make those gains from wherever you may be training!
