This 8-week training plan has been designed to optimize glute growth, lean muscle growth, and to help you get STRONG by using a wide repetition range and using functional exercises to get those legs working.
Your workout split will include GLUTES & CORE, UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY, CHALLENGE DAY, UPPER & CORE, LOWER BODY & HIIT plus YOGA.
Home program equipment needed: dumbbells, exercise ball, booty bands, resistance band
Choose from regular or vegan meal plans.

Meal Swap option allows you to plan your meals according to your own eating and taste preferences!
Your workouts and meals will be accessed via my Workouts By Katya app, available in the Apple App Store. No iPhone? No problem! Join the workouts-only version of this challenge here.
You will have access to the app for the full 8-weeks of the challenge. Once the challenge is completed, you will have 2 extra weeks to view the plans (but not make changes) before your access is cut off - we recommend you download each of the week's plans using the download as PDF feature during this time. You won't be able to access your plan after this time.
