I’m Katya (”Kah-tee-yah”) and together we are about to reach your health and fitness goals! This is all about YOU, but here are a few things about me and how this all started...

My journey started when I was at a place probably very similar to where you are right now. I knew how I wanted to look, and I knew that I really wanted to look like that, but I didn’t know where to start. Workouts by Katya was born out of my motivation to inspire and empower everyone to be their best. My vision is to provide you with the best workout programs and information to allow you to be your very best.

It’s easy to look back now and smile, but I wouldn’t have reached my body goals without applying exercises developed over years of experimenting with different type of fat loss and muscle toning exercises. Through this process, I’ve discovered what works, and what doesn’t! Don’t waste your valuable time doing exercises that are useless and cause you to get tired.
